From our initial Enquiry questions, we will come with one or two pre-loaded Floor Plans that are easily editable so we can tailor one of our concepts to suit your needs and spec We have specially-selected upgrades available for all of our extensions be that Bi-Folds, Roof Lanterns, Velux Windows, Cladding, Tiles Together with our Build Team and QS, we have run hundreds of different variations of our concept builds, this has allowed us to create a Matrix- which means we can now accurately cost your project If you’re happy with the cost, then we can initiate the Drawing Package
