We offer various different drawing packages tailored to suit any need you might have. These will be based on the size and type of extension you would like to get. This is a totally all-inclusive price: it includes Architect, Structural Engineer and any associated Planning Fees. These are fixed-price on a sliding scale based on the cost of the extension. We have our Building Warrant drawing package. This is tailored for any of the 3 Single- Storey Concepts. This will allow you to extend up to 4m from the back of your existing home and doesn’t require any Planning Permission - meaning we submit our drawings and potentially commence the build in as little as 6 weeks. We have a Planning Permission package for any of the single-storey Concepts over 4m and our double-storey extensions. These drawings do require Planning Permission which can take longer - typically starting around 3 months to get approval for design. This isn’t always straightforward, however with our skilled team we can get it done efficiently for you. EXTRAORDINARY EXTENSIONS bespoke package - this is when our entire Design and Build Team will come together to produce a one-off creation that will truly inspire you. Offering multiple variations CGI pictures and CGI video walk-through, as well as our Interior Design service rolled into one. This can really be dependant on yourself until you are happy with the design we have created. Once we have that it, will be submitted for Planning Permission. CGI’s video walk-throughs and Interior Design drawing packages can be added to any of the options above
